- We offer express door-to-door shipping for all items.
- Handling time varies from 1–4 business days depending on materials ordered (e.g. glass or wooden tops).

- Shipping costs include coverage for any shipping-related damage. If an item is damaged in transit, please contact our support team immediately.

Returns & Cancellations
- Cancellations for local deliveries must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.
- To initiate a return, contact customer support within 7 days of receiving your order with photo evidence of the issue.
